	We are implementing a new FTP uploading system provided by All new and returning customers need to sign up with the new system. You may use your current user name and password.

FTP Ordering Instructions

Step 1 — Sign Up

Go to the FTP Account Sign up page and enter your information.

You will be sent a link to the download page to install the program.

Step 2 — Install ePhotoPros FTP Client

Run the ePhotoPros Setup Program to install the FTP Client

Step 3 — Prepare Files

Organize your files in folders for printing by Size, Quantity, and Surface

i.e. "4x6 1 each Lustre" or "8x10 2 each Glossy"

All files in each folder will be printed the same way.

Step 4 — Upload Files

Run the ePhotoPros FTP Client

Enter your account information

Enter a name for the order and any special instructions

Add folders of images to be printed

Upload your order

There is no need to notify us when your order is completed, this is now done automatically. We will print your order as soon as possible. Most orders are completed within 24 hours. Larger orders may take longer.
