This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on Allied Digital Photo's website.

In order to place an order we need personal information such as name, address, email address, phone number and credit card information.

All files sent through our email or website are deleted from our server after printing, unless you have requested us to hold them for short term for reprints. Your prints are mailed to the specified recipient. We do not sell or rent any personally identifiable information to outside parties.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

If necessary, we may use the information to identify fraudulent credit card use or other illegal activities. We may disclose this information with the financial institution that issued the credit card, or law enforcement authorities if we determine, or are notified, that the use of the credit card was fraudulent. We may also exchange information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Allied Digital Photo employees will see your pictures while they are processed. In addition, your pictures or personal account information may be seen by ADP employees in order to correct any problems with your order.

To prevent unauthorized access, we have electronic procedures to safeguard your files.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns: In order to avoid returns our technicians prior to printing an image file will contact the client if an image file can't be printed using industry standards for color, clarity, and cropping. This includes small prints up to the largest size.
